Hi all,
Bit of weird one. I have been happily amending records via yoursite explorer for the last few years without isue. But today, i am unable to save the config due to an error mentioning the default make busy reasons that the system inserts at setup.
the reasons are:
Contact Centre Work Timer: -3
System Make Busy code: -1
the error message that is thrown is:
"The reporting number can not contain any non numeric characters"
now, form what i can see here, the software is erroring on it's own entries, not on ones that i have entered.
Any idea's?

Hi all,
i found out from another guru on how to get past this error. You basically have to close the Make Busy reasons tab to save the database!!!!!
Unforutnately i couldn't get an official answer on this from Prairefyre, but the above work around suits me.
