Title: ONS line card state
Post by: ewelton on November 22, 2013, 09:09:45 AM
Is there a command to check the state of the lines on an ONS line card that gives the details that running the STATE command on a DNI card gives?

Specifically what I am looking for is a command that will show if there isn't a device connected to the PLID in the same way that "out of service" could mean for a line on a DNI card. I do know that "out of service" can be something else than a device not connected and that it simply means that the line on that card is programmed but it doesn't sense a device connected to it.

No.  Analog ports have no way to show you if something is connected to it or not.

That's what I thought and was afraid of.

Thank you for confirming.
