Title: ACD and Auto Attendant

Hi
We have a SX200 ICP that we are using the AA and ACD.
We have a issue when a customer dial the AA and press 1 for customer services the call will ring the ACD set twice and the call will go back to the the QUE.

I have made a few test but change the 1 option rather it going to the ACD path extn with is 270 I sent it to my exten 240 and it works. When i press one at the option it will ring my phone until my VM answer.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Even though you say it works on your phone, check your transfer mode in VM options, make sure it is set for Blind/Unsupervised (I don't remember the exact wording), it sounds like it is doing supervised transfers which won't work with ACD.
