Title: Voicemail issue

Hi

I have gone through all my docos can cant find the reference

I have found one of my mitel 3300 CX-II (with 11.0.2.66) was setup with 2 digit voicemail boxes, so the admin mailbox is 99.

Can anyone point me in the direction to chance this to three digit voicemail boxes (as it should be 999)

You will need to log in to the voicemail system as administrator and press option 1 for new installation.
From there you will get the option to change the length of digits used.
