Mid-Call Features don't work.
Example, press 1 to hold, press 2 to transfer, press 5 to handoff using dial key pad.

What inbound trunk type does the system have?

There is a setting where  you can chose whether to use the single digit mid call features or those in the feature access code form ( its a system option ). Which way is your system set?

Are these SIP trunks by chance?

Good catch jrg0852, SIP trunks need to support KPM.
