Title: Convert user from Digital to IP Phone

I have a Mitel 3300 and am in the process of migrating 10 extensions from Superset 420's to IP 5330's.  When managing the uUser/Device, I cannot change the device type to anything but a superset.  Is there a way to convert them to an ip phone without blowing everything away?  Thanks in advance.

No.  Not when converting from a digital to an IP or IP to digital.

You can't change the set type for digital to IP ( Believe me I wish you could ). You need to export/import or just reprogram since its only 10 phones.
