Hi Guys,
We have a number of 0845 number that our users use but we know the 01/02 numbers associated with the 0845 numbers.
Is it possible for when the user dials a specific 0845 number that it actually dials the 01/02 number?
Cheers
John.

I think you will need to explain what you want a little bit better.

OK on one of our sites they dial 08455555551 to get to our head office but we want them to phone 01698464130, is it possible if when someone dials 08455555551 it is then changed to 01698464130?
John.

If it is one or two specific numbers, it MIGHT be possible using ARS, but you will need a good understanding of how ARS works. When the original number is dialed, it matched a pattern in the route group. Then proceeds to the facility group, the dial rules do not echo any of the number, but does ADD the new number. Again, It will take someone with a good understanding of ARS and will require proper testing. If it is not tested properly it could affect other outbound calls.
