You have to build a special System Forward Path, with the first destination the second phone, and the second destination being a CRA that has no greetings and times out to the mailbox in question. Otherwise the original dialed extension number is the one that will always be presented to the voicemail.

I thought of that, but the Customer needs to Forward different phones daily and needs them to go to the 2nd Phone Voice Mail
Before if you Manually Forward a phone then the 2nd phone Manually forwarded to Voice Mail it worked.
Now it doesn't
Thank you for the Respond.

If you manually forward phone A to Phone B and then manually forward - no answer, Phone B to voice mail, the system will always send the call back to phone a's mailbox. It has always worked that way.
The only way you can provide a solution for the customer is to create a CRA for each phone, Make the CRA time out to that extensions mailbox. Then Phone B can forward- no answer to their CRA.
Example = ext 110 has CRA 2710, ext 111 has 2711.....

Calls manually forwarded to another phone will never forward to voice mail. Manual forwarding negates any system forwarding, including the forward path to voice mail.
