				I've set up and have exchange UM working correctly.
 
 Here are the outstanding issues I have and I'm not sure how to solve them.
 
 1. I used to have call waiting, now when someone calls it goes directly to my voicemail rather than me seeing who is calling
 
 2. button 1 on my 5330 shows my extension (key line?), but if i call a local person it places them oh hold as soon as they answer
 
 3. When I call our UM voicemail it hangs up on me right away when using button 1 (key line?), I think this is partly because of problem number 2, i do get an event which is posted below
 
 4.when missing a phone call from an employee the UM sends an email saying extension@pbxname.domain.com, how can i have this just say the persons name
 
 numbers 1, 2, and 3 are the more important items i've been banging my heads on. I appreciate the help.
 
 Here is the event:
 Unacceptable SDP was received on a SIP ACK (in the sequence initiated by an SDP-less SIP re-INVITE). The call will be terminated. To be valid, the new SDP must change only the RTP/RTCP endpoints. The unacceptable SDP or resulting exception was:

				ok I managed to fix most of the issues...
 
 numbers 1 and 4 have been solved.
 
 now i'm trying to figure out how to check VM from the outside
