All Monitoring tools are showing "disconnected"

I've tried contacting my mitel phone installer, but the have yet to get back to me after a few months...so I figured I would go to the forums.
Is there any way I can turn on the monitoring myself?

I don't know your knowledge on 5000 so please don't take this the wrong way.
Have you tried the connect button.
Everything will appear not connected until you connect to the system. The Sys Admin isn't always set to connect automatically.

Not only do you have to click Connect as Sarond says there's also a little 'play' icon you need to click!

Thanks guys. I know just enough to get into trouble...and then a little more.
But seriously, I don't see a connect button. I looked, trust me.
If I'm blind, please point it out. Any of the icons in the "not connected" windows are grey'ed out.
Where is this magical button? :)

I think going by your Email thread this could be down to your account being locked down and not giving you access to these tools.

Are you only seeing this problem on specific systems.
