Title: Mitel PrairieFyre CCM - Call abandoned report

Hi Chaps,

Simple question. a caller claimed they were on hold within an ACD queue for appx 10 minutes.  IS there anyway I can pull a report to show this?

Or would it be easier to find in the call logs?

I hit PF up on this on Twitter.
This is their response:

Queue Performance would show as well, queue spectrum too. For the specific call search ANI in SMDR inspector.

Good call, and thanks for going the extra mile, Ralph.  I Didn't think of using twitter to post questions, nice idea and i will definitely use this in the future.
