Title: Transferring inbound calls to off premise central reservations
Post by: JerseyTech on October 09, 2013, 10:06:02 PM
Hey Guys,
I am trying to send calls to an off premise central reservation call center while they are closed for the winter. I already have my speed dial set up and it works if you transfer a live call. However, my customer wants a closed greeting (night 1), to tell callers that they are closed and to press "1" for reservations. The call will not go out. Any ideas?  All of my Settings seem to be correct, as the speed dial works when not through the A/A. Any help would be great.

Is this a 2000 or a 200?

Check the COS of the VM ports and trunks and make sure that options 313-319 are all enabled, and that the Device Interconnect connect table is complete (I just fill in the whole thing).
