Title: Mitel CCM Enterprise reporting on transfers

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to report on transfers to specific extensions or groups? I'm looking to find how many calls are transferred from and ACD group to specific extensions or groups. The Agent Performance by Period report shows cumulative transfers FROM agents but not WHERE they transferred to.

If this is not possible with CCM then does anyone know of another tool that could do this?
