Title: Directory - Name Dialing

Hello,

Currently we use name dialing. However, it is not very friendly to get to.

We dial 7000 (voice mail hunt group) - Get the prompt to enter mailbox.
Then we press *
Then we press 9 - And get the enter last name prompt.

Is there a way to dial straight into the last step?

You could forward a phantom always to vm (no mailbox), dial it and get the main greeting. Then only need the 9
