Got a two controller cluster setup, with a MAS NuPoint. The NuPoint is "homed" to controller A. MWI works perfectly for any/all phones on cotnroller A. However, if a voicemail is left for someone on controller B, the MWI only stays on for 8 hours. Which to me means that the Callback Cancel timer is turning off the MWI. I have verified that the HCIReroute HG on controller A is set with the same COS as the NuPoint ports. Amy I missing or forgetting something? Why is controller B's Callback Cancel timer not being ignored like it should?

On system B verify in system options that the SUPERSET Callback Message Cancel Timer is blank. I'd bet it's at 8 now.

SuperSet was set to 24 hours, so I removed it. I'll leave a new test voicemail message and monitor it.
Interesting, I always thought it was the regular Callback Cancel Timer that the voicemail COS was overriding.
