Title: Add Direct Dial In For Mitel 5000

Hi,
I need to add a direct dial number for an extension. (Trying to give a customer a direct line to a support department.) I have a Mitel 5000 with DB Studio 3.11. Where do I begin looking to set this up? The last several IT guys have left zero notes for me. :(
Any help appreciated.

call routing tables,  simply enter the DDI digits and the destination ext number

Assuming you have an additional number from the carrier already.  Use the same pattern length as the numbers that are already there (typically 4 digits).  On other thing: you may find a "+", meaning any number not in the list, and an "E", meaning no DID number at all, at the bottom of the list.  If you see them, then since the numbers hunt top down if you add a new number you'll have to rebuild the the bottom of the list so these remain last.
