Title: Customer wants to alter the hold recall to go to a different destination

In normal operation, a call comes in, is answered by a user and is put on hold. After a predetermined period of time the hold recall timer rings the phone saying that the call is still on hold. Our customer wants the call to go to a group of phones when the hold recall timer expires, not just the station that put in on hold.  this customer has  a PRI, the Mite software version is 5.1. Is this possible?

Sounds like you'd get what you're looking for by building a SYS FWD path to the desired HG, then choosing that path for the desired stations and flagging that path for CO RECALL type (only) and IMMEDIATE.  Be sure this path is in the list above any other paths such as NO ANSWER to VMail.  Remember, once you fix one station you can copy/paste to the others.

Change the station's attendant.

A call will stay on on hold until the hold timer expires, then will recall. The station will ring until the recall timer expires, then transfer to the attendant.

The attendant can be a hunt group, which will accomplish what you want.
