Title: Long distance

Hello, I am having an issue with calling a 801 area code number. I have a mitel 3300 ICP . there are not restrictions. I can make calls to other long distance area codes. no i dea what is going on .... have called Century link and they can trace route on any area code .... but when i call the 801 number it is not even hitting the T1.... any ideas?

What do you get on the phone when you dial?..... invalid?

If yes, you need to add the number 801 to your ARS.
