Title: Intertel/Mitel 8622 VMail Key

I recently received a new batch of 8622 replacements and they don't have the VMail key programmed. Is anyone familiar with how to program the VMail key?

On my other phones its the third key down on the right column of keys.

Umm... sure, just pick a key and program it as a DSS (or PKM depending on software version) key of the VMail Hunt Group.

Key programming resides in the system, not the phone. If those new phones are assigned to the same keymap as the original phones, the voice mail key should work. It might not be labeled correctly, but it should work.

That was the problem. It had the wrong key map. Thanks guys!
