Title: Realviewer version 6.0

I am trying to find the files that store the Tile configuration.  My hope is to setup the configuration and then copy the files to each computer that is running the Realviewer software.  Are these hidden files in version 6?

realvwr.cvd
realviewer.flt
rvruser.ini

They are the files for realviewer that need backing up.

in the following locations somewhere.
User-specific settings are located in the following directories:
o Windows 7/Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mitel\Customer
Service Manager\<application name>\Settings.
o Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application
Data\Mitel\Customer Service Manager\<application name>\Settings.
 Default user settings are located in the following directories:
o Windows 7/Vista: C:\ProgramData\Mitel\Customer Service
Manager\<application name>\Settings.
o Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Mitel\Customer
Service Manager\<application name>\Settings

I am not that good at CSM, copied straight from a manual :)
