Not really my area but do you have a greeting recorded in the call box?

You have to allow Call director on the Line Group that the mailbox uses.

You also need to update the Call director database.

As I say this, what software are you running?

Check option 292 in the FCOS

Have to bump this one. I have created many a call flow. But there is one aspect that has always eluded me. There is a process that runs overnight that enables newly created call flows. So I can create one, it just wont work until I get in the following morning. Does anyone know the command? In putty?

You have to update the Call Director database manually. To do this you will need to do the following:

Login as root
select: S / R / H

This will allow you to continue with your call flow testing and the recording of the messages.

Hope this helps

Worked! Thanks a million!  :D Now I have something to do for the afternoon (rerecord).

We only had the main greeting and it seemed to have wiped out that recording. Not a big deal as we stopped right there.
