Title: Fax to Email on NuPoint

My customer has an incoming fax to email mailbox for their main incoming faxes. This seems to work for singular faxes, but when they receive more than one concurrently, on one comes through, the rest get rejected. If you dial in from a normal phone, the first call gets the fax box answering, the next gets the mailbox busy!!

Sounds like there's only one port set up in the incoming fax line group. Check your Offline configuration and see if you can borrow more ports from something else. I believe you can have up to 6 ports in the fax line group, but I can't be sure without knowing what model/software version.

Agreed. There is licensing for the number of your total ports that can be used for fax. It also has to be setup. Maybe you only have a single license?

I avoid nupoint fax, never liked it.

Thanks for the advice. On checking the APP REC, customer only has 1 fax licence!!
