Title: What is Mitel equalvalent Field of Avaya ACW function

Hi All

I need help to "map" the Avaya ACW function into Mitel . If I am not wrong Make Busy in Mitel is equivalent to AUX or what is ACW ?

No idea what the ACW feature is could you describe?

AWC is "After Call Work" for an Avaya Call Center agent.  Every body knows that.   ;D (I just happen to be sitting in the Denver Avaya tech center with an engineer so I asked him what it was)

The Mitel field name is "Work Timer".
