Title: Disconnected calls not releasing lines?

Hi.

We are currently on the backup phone lines as we are waiting for the ISP to sort the net out.

If someone calls the number and hangs up the call continues on our end blocking up the line until someone picks the phone up and puts down again.

If they dial a extention and hang up we loose one of the four lines unless we can find who need to login.

Is there a setting in the administration program that's hangs up when caller disconnects?

Is it possible that you're not getting a CO disconnect signal from Telco?
