Title: Deleting and adding a EHDU

I have a 3300 with a Stratus server 6.0, and i'm getting a busy on line 2 in one of the rooms (line 1 has dialtone).  Would deleting and moving Line 2 from the PLID solve the issue, or is it a programming issue.  This is located in a hotel where all rooms have two lines.  If I have to delete line 2 what would be the procedure to do that ?

Go into User and Device programming and open the users number. The second line is probably programmed as a key.

These are analog lines.  The numbering is really odd, as the main room number is 7xxx and the second line is 8*17xxx.  Not sure , but i think i have to make sure that the 2nd line is noted in the stratus server on the 1st line ????

Had to look at the suite programming.  Line 2 wasn't listed as a second member.
