can i do rac with nu point with 4 5000's connected to it via 1 5000 using sip.
i have a customer with 4 mitel 5000's using nu point and they want to do record a call. if i can set it up how do it do it?

i tried setting up rac under the voice processor in the mitel 500 and it said the mail box diddnt exist. it does exist but not in the 5000 voice mail it exist in the nu point.... how do i get this working with nu point?
