Title: Convert IPSoft Phone to 52xx/53xx Phone

Hi All,

I am in the process of moving a department from Softphones to real phones (52xx/53xx) and wondered if there was a way of converting their current IP Softphone extensions in the db programming to help me speed up the process.

All and any help is greatly appreciated.

No, you can't just "change" extension types this way, you have to delete the current extension then create the new one, and when the window pops up just reassociate it with the mailbox. No way around it that I know of.
