Has anyone run into this when setting up a UC360? When putting in the login name and password in the SIP Peer Group in programming causes the UC 360 to reboot when it loads up. It won't register even though in the logs it shows a 200ok. Anyone have any ideas or something I'm missing?

What firmware is the UC360 running? All of the ones I have installed had to be updated before they would work.

I have this exact same problem and need to get the new firmware!!!! Where do I get new firmware from, do you have a copy of the updated firmware for the uc360 you can send me, so I can put it on a usb stick and update the uc360?
Thanks Chris

Software Downloads section of Mitel OnLine should have the current software. I've been told there's a new release (2.1.2.x) due out next week.

I am not a member or partner. I talked with Mitel, they told me any partner or reseller could get me the firmware. So I need to get the firmware from someone? Can you send me the firmware or help me find someone who can?
Thanks Chris

The vendor that sold you the phone should be able to get the firmware for you.

I bought it online from a wholesaler, because Mitel told me any partner could get me the firmware and I could buy the phone any where. The online retailer isn't a Partner, so I have to get a hold of a partner. So far I am 4 weeks in and talking to 5 different companies. Everybody treats this firmware like its gold and super rare. UC360 looks really cool but I will stick to Polycom conference phones which I have sold hundreds of after this. Never have I had such a problem getting a simple firmware file. Kind of interesting the firmware isn't easy to get a hold of like most companies. I am about to have to eBay the phones and buy 2 Polycom phones so I can complete my project.
