MCD 6.0 SP1
User reported UC 360 dropped call after some time on a conference call. I have very few details and hope to have more in the morning. They said it was after more than 15 min, but not sure how long the call was before it dropped. I am not using any call duration on this site.
Are there any timers in the SIP profile that may cause this?
I didn't see any logs that would point to any quality issues.

Double check that Session Timer is at 0 in SIP Device Capabilities. That the only thing documentation says about timers for UC360.
-
Session timer is already at 0. I hope to recreate this problem today, maybe that will help. Of course, it will work just fine while I am on site and screw up again tomorrow morning.
-
Is the device configured as a sip endpoint or uc360? Does it have the default sip device capabilities that are created for a 360 at mcd 6?
-
My error. Session Timer should be at 3600! Sorry for that!
I think very firsts versions of UC360 used 0.
-
UC Endpoint and no, I created a SIP device capabilities entry using the UC 360 admin guide. What is the preconfigured number I can use? I'll try 3600 and see what happens.
-
SIP Device capability 71 is the pre-created one. Like you I followed the guide the first time I did it and then realised that there is a pre-configured one, but they don't tell you that in the config guide :)
That has the session timer as 0 rather than 3600 in it as well.
-
I went ahead and changed the session timer to 3600 and made an hour long call with my cell without incident today.
I thought that the admin guide on MOL said explicitly that 71 was not compatible with the UC360.

Mattmayn,
An old post for sure. After your comment, I thought I'd share this. (See Below)

This was taken right out of the "Mitel UC360 Admin Guide R2.1 SP1".
;)
Thanks,
