Title: UCA Server Stuck Accounts

I have an issue.  Where we went into MCD to modify a couple peoples accounts, whether it be name, ext, etc.  Resync UCA with MCD and it creates a second account, and I am unable to delete the previous account.

Any suggestions?

Are you doing an AD or PBX sync in UCA?

syncing with the mitel 3300.  NO AD integration.
