Good morning
I am trying to deploy a Mitel 5330 IP phone at a remote office
the phone works when connected at the corporate office
when connected at the remote side i get a a message TFTP server Unavailable
I can ping the phone system gateway, ICP and TFTP ip address's
from a laptop on the remote side
i can not ping these address with the diagnostics from the IP Phone
what am i missing
connectivity and ping test from the phone work when the unit is connected in the main office but not at the remote office

Are you using a static IP address in the phone? It sounds like a Gateway issue...
