Title: New user cant connect NuPoint

I was create a count for IT manager, is user itadmin, and password Rcrm@951 on the Nupoint server, but he cant connect, I was reset the Nupoint server several times, but nothing....some help???

Nupoint server only.

If you are trying to set up an additional administrator account it will not work.
You can only log in as 'admin'.

Think the latest load allows multiple admin accounts now.
