Title: 5360 on a Mitel 5000

5360 Phone tries to download files to update itself to 5.1.  Never goes past download.  Does anyone have any ideas or the software to flash it manually?

Release 5.1 (actually, I think any 4.0+ release) fully supports the 5360 phone, if it won't boot/load you should contact technical support.
