Title: Importing Contacts from Outlook local number fail cause of area code

So when you create a contact in outlook, for a local call, even if you only input the local number, when you hit save it inserts the area code.  So when you import contacts into softphone, it dials the area code and phone number and then call fails.  We cannot edit the phone number within the new UCA contact either.

I have yet to find a way to resolve this.  Any suggestions out there?

Doesn't this relate to the Windows Dialing Property setup? Go to Control Panel -> Phone & Modem setup and check your area code and outside access rules.
