I would like to create an admin account for the customer in order to allow them access to the MBG server manager.
I created an account in "System users" and then tried to log, but I got "You are not authorized to access this area" error message.
I tried to log in on the console (SSH, port 22) with this account, but the console window was immediately closed after I entered the password.
Here I found somebody was asking for same, it was suggested to used some "local-admin" account, but on MBG 8.0 there is no such account in "System users".

According to the help it seems "System users" and only for VPN access. Any ideas?

The fact is that multiple admin logins to an MSL server are not supported by Mitel at this time. Make a feature request, and maybe if there are enough of them, Mitel will listen.
