Hello Mitel friends. I have a problem that when I dial a specific international number I am not getting the ring back tone. When I placed the call you will hear no tone until the other partie pickup the phone. Does anyone know what the problem might be.

Likely a misconfigured sip trunk on the far end IMHO.

This is a shot in the dark but the the trunk circuit descriptor check "Audio inhibit until answer supervision"

Other then what has been suggested if this occurs on a single international number it is more likely to be at their end then yours.
