I'm setting up MLAA using ACD Paths and I would like to play to the caller a RAD message depending on the day mode. I'm trying to configure the RAD port to play the primary greeting set (and according to my understanding the greeting would change depending the actual day mode), but it seems the RAD ports do not support playing primary or alternate greetings.
In VM Greetings when I assign "Primary Set 1" to the RAD port and dial the number associated to the RAD port it does not play the message but plays "Please enter your mailbox number" instead. When I assign "RAD set 10" to the RAD port it correctly plays the RAD Greeting 1 (the RAD Set 10 is set to play RAD Greeting 1 once on VM RAD Greetings).
Can anybody please bring some light in this?
Thank you
Petr

The only way to do what you're looking for is to route the call to a different ACD path based on Day/Night1/Night2 mode.

Ok, understand, I will then program the day mode message to be played on RAD port 1, and night mode message to be played on RAD port 2 and holiday message on RAD port 3. The problem I have is that I'm on CX controller and have only 4 VM ports available and I need at least 1 port for voicemail.
Thank you

If its critical then the customer can expand the number of vm ports on the CX.

CX or CX11? and do you have a Primary rate card?
if its CX11 and /or Primary rate you have enough resource to increase to 16 VM ports right now.

Buying DSP module would be a solution but not acceptable because of the extra cost. It is a CX controller connected to SIP trunk va MBG, so no PRI card installed.
