good morning folks,
some of our softphone users are unable to login in to the contact centre manager via thier client app.
i am new ip telephony and mitel etc.
our set up is basically as follows.
two 3300 controllers.
Sever running contact centre manager.
users connecting to the 3300 via contact centre client.
Attached is screen shot showing the errror our users are recieving,

Have you confirmed that the four options given are not the issue?

This might be best posted in the applications forum, but were they ever able to login? How does the number of agents logged in compare to your ACD licensing?

if you click softpone and then configure
is softphone selected instead of fixed phone?
make sure the applicatuin is only started once

Thanks for all your replies.
the issue was resolved by deleting and re-creating the users.
Not exactly the best solution but its fixed.

I've seen with the UCA app. It's a known issue.
