Title: nupoint changing 1 option in auto att changes the settings in another option

i have an auto atttended for a mitel 5000 on nupoint vm. option 4, 1 when i chage the ext and the name that it transfers to it changed the ext and name on opt 6. has anyone seen that before? i removed the opt 4, 1 and put it back in and that fixed it.

Is this a Call Director application? Sometimes you create an action and it "links" them together, try deleting both and entering them as separate actions.

i did that and it fixed it. why did it do this?

I don't know actually, but I have seen older Nupoint servers do this with Call Director apps where multiple options point to the same destination action, change one and they both (or multiple ones) change the same... delete them all and add them back and all is well. Newer Nupoint might do it as well, but I had learned this in the past and try to avoid the situation now.
