stuck it on this afternoon, loving the new vmware upgrade, deployed a new instance and gave it an IP address not in use then told it the ip address and password of the old system, it did a back up and restore for me then turned off the old one and rebooted the new one job done.
This also worked on MBG 8 to. very impressive

Any stand-out new features that grab you?  I'm on MAS 3 right now and looking forward to chat between the mobile UCA and desktop UCA that I believe is in MAS 4.  The more they extend the UCA client, the better, I believe.
