Good Afternoon,

Is there a way to map a voice mail box to two different extensions?

I want to be to access VMB 253 from extensions 253 and 153 and that the voice mail light is lit on both phones.

No. You can use remote messaging to notify both extension when a new message is left.

Setup a new Phantom, a user and a mailbox for the Phantom.

In the user tab enter some new destinations DESK 2, HOME IP etc with the extn numbers of the phones you want to receive messages.

Now when a message is left in the Phantoms mailbox it will light the message light on both extns.

How you route your calls to this phantoms mailbox is up to you :)
