Title: message button keep flashing

All,

one of our receptionist Mitel 5340 message button keep flashing every morning, but actually it didnt have any voice mail ..so every morning, she need to go to voicemail system once..then the message button will not flashing.

any idea how should i check it? i already reset the phone..i thinking to replace to phone for the next steps.

Is this phone a member of a hunt group that has VM assigned to it?

Replacing the phone will most likely not fix it. You need to determine what is turning on the light as it will most likely continue to do it.
