Per info coming out from Mitel:
Do not upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.
This is from Mitel:
It is vital that any user who needs to manage a 3300 ICP via the ESM interface does not download and install this update from Microsoft on any machine they use for this purpose. The 3300 ICP ESM interface does not currently support IE 8 and there is a significant potential for undesirable results to occur when using IE 8 to access the 3300 ICP ESM.

It breaks Praire Fyre too!

It's going to break everything for quite some time considering that it is to be standards compliant and everything (virtually) to date has been written to IE standards.
Wonderful Microsoft.
Wouldn't you think that having a partnership with Microsoft would encourage you to make your systems work together properly???

Mitel was slow at adopting IE 7 as well - I think they are all the way there but not even sure about that! Of course most other vendors seem to be the same way, including Cisco. As more and more moves to the browser, these types of issues get bigger and bigger.....

With the 6110, if you turn off browser checking in the config file, it will work with IE8

This is another reason I miss the command line.
I'm soooooooo much faster at it.
