Title: uca user credentials

HI guys,
i've got a problem when i try to logon uca PC client via teleworker from outdoor.. there's a 'An unknown error occurred while validating credentials' , and this never happen when i'm at my office.
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!

Silly question but is it setup in teleworker mode?
