Title: forward no answer problem

i have a system with a pri and DID's. the problem is i got an email stating that calls would come into the DID's and ring the set but not go to vmail. i played around with it and it is going to vmail but after 5 gings and not 3 or 4. i have changed the foward no answer timer to as low as 10 and it still goes after 5. i did a data base save and it didnt change anything. any ideas?

System Forward Initiate is the timer you're looking for.
