Title: HELP!!!!!Troubleshooting TRUNK HANG?????

HI ALL!!!!
I using MITEL MXE III system:
I having the problems as below:
 
1/ Some CO lines sometime keep hanging.  At this time, we tap the phone directly to the CO lines the music on hold is played (never release).
 
2/ When the operator transfer to an ext and the ouside caller hang up immediately. but the ext is keep ringing.
 
Pls share your experience to solve these problems..
 
Notes : The CO lines have the reversal signal from PSTN

Assuming analog lines; try changing the disconnect clear time in the trunk circuit descriptor form (called disconnect timer) This needs to be set close to what your line provider sets at their end. typically 100 msec in the UK but can be as long as 800ms (no idea how long it is in Vietnam). Its set at 500ms as default (release MCD 5.0/6.0).

i don't know parameter value "disconnect timer'' in Viet Nam,where I can find it????
