Title: Problem with embedded voice mail MCD 5.0 Administrator Mailbox

Hello,
I'm doing programming of the voice mail on Mitel 3300 Cxi with MCD 5.0 SP2.
Using the information in the online help I did the programming.
But I have a problem. When I call the VM Hunt Group where there are 4 ports vm with VM COS, and I type in 9999 for administrator Vm, the system plays the following message:
"I'M SORRY THE SYSTEM IS NOT CONFIG TO SUPPORT THIS FEATURE AT THIS TIME. THANK YOU FOR CALLING. GOODBYE"
 >:(
With the previous release, I never had no problem on the first embedded configuration vm.
I did all the checks but can not find the way to solve the problem.
Can anyone help me?

I can't remember for sure and for certain, but I think in 5+ you have to change all the admin/tech/manager passwords first. Look in the VM Options form.

Matthew is correct, you now need to set your own passcodes in the VM Options form, they are not default anymore. It is a security measure brought in because of toll fraud I believe.
