HX5000 at version 5.1.0.52, SP4 PR5. Intermittently, stations do not come out of wrap-up mode after completing an ACD call. I can see it happening in Reporter, and can manually free the station.
We’ve just opened a ticket with Mitel, and are awaiting a response. Anyone seen this?

Bad info from site: agent was placing call on hold, showing wrap-up condition.
