Hi,
I've just taken over handling this Mitel 3300 CXi and it is driving me nuts.
Just moved from a PRI line to 4 LS/GS lines. Everything was working good for about a week and now incoming calls are getting lost somewhere.
Outgoing calls can still be made, but incoming calls just ring and ring.
I've gone thru all the settings the best I can and don't see anything wrong. Then again, I feel like I'm speaking a foreign language dealing with this Mitel, so it could be staring me in the face.
Any ideas how I can even begin to trace how incoming calls are being handled?
Thanks,
Westley

check your call answering point in Trunk attributes form for alog trunks.

Do the lost calls receive a busy signal or any error? Are they going to night mode somehow?

This could be a ton of things... follow the call flow and verify day/night mode. I recently had an issue where the calls rang into a phantom IP phone that had multicall appearances on 10 phones and someone accidentally call forwarded the phantom to an invalid number, gave identical results as you are reporting.

Also could be an open on the main inbound trunk hunt group

How many trunks in your incoming trunk group? Have found site where they acutally have 5 but only connected 4. Are you getting CLI on your trunks? Have seen trunks not setup to recieve CLI ( circuit descriptor ) get befuddled when the trunks are supplying it.
