Title: 503 Service Unavailable

We’re having a bit of a strange issue with our 3300 and I was hoping someone in this forum could help us out...

Interconnects: 100% SIP
Outbound Trunk = SIP (Airband)
SIP Trunk 2 = Rightfax T.38

Basically, we’ve set Rightfax T.38 up on a SIP Trunk and inbound faxing works great.  Oubound is a different story and I’m a bit stumped.  All calls originating from Rightfax trigger a “503 Service Unavailable” from the 3300.

I’m including screenshots of the packet cap and the four packets of note.

Please let me know your thoughts.

seeking assistance with a 503 Service Unavailable error of my own.
what this issue resolved ?
